Just a Couple of Things

The Sabrina Strong series has had a boost--well, maybe a kick--in the pants. On the 15th, Ascension went up for grabs for free. I was a bit dubious about this. But the book has been out there a while, and maybe it was time.

I can say it got up there in the ranks--not #1, but hey, it had a long way to climb! It was withing the striking reach of n a couple of areas, like in psychics it went to #23, and in vampires #48 the first day and the second day it went to #3 and #9 respectively.

It took a few days, but sales in the other books of series began to sell. I even got my first sales in Denmark!
Ascension (Italian Edition) by [Bell, Lorelei]

Because of the sales I was waiting for some good reviews. Well I got them, and here they are:

5.0 out of 5 stars Tricky woman!February 21, 2017
This review is from: Nocturne (Sabrina Strong Series Book 3) (Kindle Edition)
Ms. Bell is a tricky woman! Great book in this series, I always love to see women kick but and take names! Ha ha and Sabrina is good at it, sort of. She needs to be more conscious of her efforts, but I see that she is still getting up to speed. This read was so good I found myself putting off bedtime to keep reading. A very high complement from me.

5.0 out of 5 stars Book 4February 23, 2017
This review is from: Caprice (Sabrina Strong Series Book 4) (Kindle Edition)
Caprice is a perfect name for this book! I am glad Sabrina is getting some of her own in this story, I get really bored with the"stupid" damsel in distress scenario. Fun read.

Yes, this reader GETS ME! She realizes I had a mission with the third book as well as the fourth!
THANK YOU MS. KELSO!

Also this week Ascension's Italian Edition just came out.

PART-AYYYY

First this message from Grumpy Cat...

A data entry clerk or data processor needs to be able to accurately input alphanumeric information into a computer system. http://socialmediabar.com/how-data-entry-jobs-work:

My first Murder Mystery is out (well, it's in pre-order, but if you order, you'll get it magically on the 20th)

description of book:
Lainey is a 17-year old small town girl - and she has no idea she's about to be involved in a grisly murder investigation.

When Arline Rochell is found brutally murdered one morning, Lainey's suspicions arise. Why does this girl seem to be hated by everyone? While digging for clues, she discovers that blackmail could have been the motive. While trying to understand her friends' hatred for the murdered student, she finds herself in the middle of a second murder cover-up.

Clues lead to a number of other people, including Lainey's friend Wendy... and the more she wants to prove her innocence, the more it looks as if her friend has done the deed. Along with Sheriff Weeks' help, Lainey delves into who had most to gain by killing Arline. But can they find the killer before it's too late?

I've always wanted to write a murder mystery, but avoided it because it just seemed really hard to do. But I finally got brave, worked on this story for a year (not all at once, just working on the ideas and all the variables/crimes etc. and plot). Finally I was able to put this one out there.

Just so that everyone knows, this is more of what is called a "cozi" murder mystery, which means the killing happens off screen (so don't be scared away by the cover, or think this is horror fiction), and my heroine, Lainey, begins to work on who might have murdered Arline, going with the clues she has. It's my first venture, and I'm working on the next one as I write this.

A bit different from my normal vampire work, but I needed a little break away from the fantasy--a challenge, if you will.

Hope people don't mind waiting for 12 days! But it'll be like magic, you'll have it in your reader if you order now (that's what I understand, anyway).

And one last note, please, if you do buy and read, could you please review it, as this helps sales (assuming the reviews are more than two stars, that is!!!)
